Since joining our team, Patty has demonstrated professionalism and a can-do attitude, raising the bar for programming and communication to our members. Her multilayered skill set brings a fresh look to the tools our members utilize every day as the source of information for their lifestyle programs including the Arts & Leisure newsletter, in-house TV, and other paper/digital communications. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm add to the product, elevating the level of service to our members. Over the past few months, PL has worked to transition our primary digital tool for member communication to a new software. Patty is instrumental to the successful implementation of this large undertaking. Her creative and technical skills have proven to be critical to a smooth transition. Patty is a true team player performing duties outside her job description just because she is there, and they need to be done. Patty exemplifies Peconic Landing’s core values of pride, integrity, collaboration, commitment, and joy. Lots of joy in the workplace! Member Services is fortunate to have her on our team.
