Resort-style amenities include an indoor heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, premium green clay tennis courts, an art studio, walking trails and a half-mile of beautiful private beach. Our members also enjoy complimentary tee times next door at Island’s End Golf & Country Club.

At Long Island’s only equity-based continuing care retirement community (CCRC), members have access to award-winning care right on campus including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation services.
The North Fork Community
At Peconic Landing, meaningful relationships between members, team members, and the greater North Fork nurture a welcoming spirit and a strong sense of community. Peconic Landing is an economic mainstay in Southold Town as the second largest employer with over 320 employees, more than half residing in Southold. Members and team members give generously of their time, talents and financial resources to support a variety of local causes and are committed to making a difference in the lives of others – both on campus and in the greater community.
