Life on the Water Is Just Better
Whether sailing the Long Island Sound or clamming in Peconic Bay waters, the North Fork is a seaside destination. Peconic Landing members have access to a half mile of private beach.
“I love swimming in the Sound and watching sunsets from the gazebo. I love the light and the smell of the sea breeze”
Member Louisa H.
Members can also fish from anywhere along the shore! Kayaking, canoeing and other water sports are also options.
Greenport Village on the North Fork Offers the Best of Everything
Located on the East End, the eastern tip of Long Island is a destination location – known for its access to the best of both worlds. The natural beauty of stunning vineyards and beaches just a few hours from Manhattan, the Hamptons, and New England.
Hampton Jitney provides bus service from Greenport to Manhattan several times each day, and the nearby Cross Sound Ferry is a link to New England. A quaint waterfront downtown, Greenport attracts residents and visitors of all ages year round.
Dining is also a big part of North Fork living. With locally sourced produce, seafood and wine, farm-to-table takes on a whole new meaning.
“I love to visit Greenport for a coffee at Aldo’s or the Blue Duck Bakery, or clam chowder on the waterfront at Little Creek Oyster Company”
Member Louisa H.
Peconic Landing’s Campus Is an Inspiration
