Employee of the Month: April 2025
Alex Lott
Environmental Services
Alex works in the environmental services department on the turnover team. He is an experienced carpenter which allows him to take on large construction projects during turnover. He just completed a renovation project for the marketing suite. With his knowledge of construction, he is able to help coordinate contractors on the job site so projects can stay on schedule. His positive attitude makes him always willing to take on whatever is needed to help the members. He will stay late to ensure projects get done on time and is always willing to help cover coworkers who are out. We are very lucky to have him as part of the team.

Jeremey Bibey
Information Technology, Team Member Since 2011
“The most rewarding part of my job is the sense of accomplishment when I am able to help a member understand the technology we are working with. I remember working with a member to help them onto the internet for the first time. It was so gratifying to watch their face light up when they were able to read the New York Times again because their iPad was able to enlarge the print enough for them to see it.”

Ralph Edwards
Transportation, Team Member Since 2016

Melissa Rudder
