Kelly McMahon
Guest Relations Coordinator, Member Services
Kelly joined PL in 2018 working alongside the dining team, then joined Member Services as the Guest Relations Coordinator in 2024. She immediately made her mark by demonstrating a genuine interest in serving our members and their families with the highest level of hospitality. Her attention to detail makes her consistently dependable to get the job done no matter what it takes! Kelly takes initiative, accepts and carries out additional job responsibilities, and is a true team player. Kelly is one of those rare personalities. Always smiling, always positive. She understands that her role does not afford her the luxury of “having a bad day.” Kelly is smart, quick-thinking, and willing to take on work even outside of her usual tasks in order to get the job done. She is not afraid of getting her hands dirty – particularly where guest rooms are involved. She is solution-oriented and seemingly makes the impossible possible.
