Ellen Pawlowski
Cook, Dining Services
Ellen Pawlowski is an absolute pleasure to have on the dining team. She is adored by both the members of the community as well as the team she works with. Ellen is always positive, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. She steps in and fills rolls without being asked. When the Sous Chef covers for the Chef, Ellen assumes the Sous Chef responsibilities, not because of being asked but by nature of stepping in to assist. When managers are not present on a shift, Ellen fills the role in the kitchen, again not by being asked, but by nature of stepping in to help. She is a quiet dynamo and can work in any position from Bistro to Lead Cook in the Dining Room or Water’s Edge. Above and beyond her role as cook in the kitchen, Ellen takes on extra shifts doing cooking demonstrations for members and prospects. In addition to her role here at Peconic Landing, Ellen also volunteers in the community. She is a true jewel, and we are extremely fortunate to have her as part of the Peconic Landing family.

Jeremey Bibey
Information Technology, Team Member Since 2011
“The most rewarding part of my job is the sense of accomplishment when I am able to help a member understand the technology we are working with. I remember working with a member to help them onto the internet for the first time. It was so gratifying to watch their face light up when they were able to read the New York Times again because their iPad was able to enlarge the print enough for them to see it.”
Ralph Edwards
Transportation, Team Member Since 2016
Melissa Rudder

“I enjoy working with our members on a daily basis. No two days are the same and every day is a new adventure. Having the opportunity to assist someone and make their life easier is an extremely rewarding feeling.”
Kristy Reeves

“The most rewarding parts about working at Harbor South are being able to provide person-centered care to the members and how appreciative our members’ families are regarding the care we provide to their loved ones.”

“I would most definitely recommend Peconic Landing because it is a great place to work. The coworkers are nice, the administration is just as pleasant, and the members are wonderful as well. The chance to grow and develop at Peconic Landing through cross training is also an amazing perk.”
