That means after you move into one of our Independent Living cottages, patio homes, or apartments, you’ll have our Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation, and Skilled Nursing available to you down the road if you ever require those extra services.
2. Security of a Lifecare contract
Peconic Landing offers a Lifecare (Type A) contract that’s basically a policy providing for your long-term care without increased fees as you transition from one level of care to another. That protects you from high lifetime care costs and helps provide some predictability for planning your finances over the long term. But if you already have a long-term care policy and would rather pay for services on an as-needed basis, we also offer the flexibility of a Fee-For-Service (Type C) contract. And Peconic Landing members also purchase “equity ownership” in the community in a cooperative-style arrangement that allows the value of their investment to grow over time.

Regardless of which contract you choose, you’ll be able to take of the biggest benefits of living in a CCRC: letting us take care of maintaining your home.
