Mindfulness is the contemporary name for an ancient way of training the mind that can add zest and meaning to your life, as well as measurably reduce stress —and its toll on your body.

Practicing mindfulness takes us on a profound adventure. You’re invited to get a taste of it through discussion,a short mindfulness meditation, and a question-and-answer period. You’ll come away with some of the tools that bring us to real ease and peace. Ways to continue the practice after this introductory talk will also be offered. The speaker is Amy Gross, Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
