The Center for Well-Being at Peconic Landing brings the highly skilled physicians from Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital, part of Stony Brook Medicine, to the North Fork with the new 2,500 square-foot center. The Center offers primary care, rheumatology, orthopedic specialty services, and more to our entire community in a newly remodeled space, conveniently located on our campus in Greenport, NY.
