Peconic Landing Achieves Great Place to Work Certification

GREENPORT, N.Y., September 4, 2024 — Peconic Landing, the East End’s only life plan community, is thrilled to announce that it has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work. An impressive 89% of its team members affirm that it is a great place to work, significantly surpassing the 57% average approval rating for typical U.S.-based companies according to the Great Place to Work® Global Team Member Engagement Study. This prestigious certification highlights Peconic Landing’s dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
